20/30 Fast Track

The 20/30 Fast Track plan is the first phase of your weight loss journey. This program targets 7 different hormones — including insulin and cortisol — that prevent you from losing weight. As a result, on average, men lose around 1-2 pound a day, and woman lose 0.5-1 pound a day especially in the belly, hips, and thighs.

Listen to Your Body (LTYB)

You've made great strides in your weight loss, but what do you do to keep up the momentum? More importantly, what do you do to maintain the loss once you've reached your goal? The Listen to Your Body (LTYB) phase allows you to either maintain or continue to lose weight.

During this phase, we'll keep you on a structured diet while adding a larger variety of foods. In fact, you'll add in 3 new foods every week to learn what works for you. Your coach will help you create an exercise routine that fits your goals. You'll get personalized meetings with your wellness coach who will track your weight, your unique results, and health benefits. Together, we can create a life style that ensures lifetime success.
